Delivery charges are calculated automatically after you have provided your address. Delivery charges are based on location and weight of the order.
It normally take 2-4 days for the orders to reach the destination after orders have been confirmed.
Your order is confirmed after we have received your payments.
All food items will be in frozen state when delivered to you.
All products are shipped in a plastic container
It is recommended to keep the ordered items in the fridge or freezer immediately after receiving them.
Frozen item can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge and for up to 2 weeks in the freezer.
Before eating it is recommended to defrost the food for 1 hr before heating in pan.
To heat in the microwave use a microwave safe container.
IMPORTANT
STORE ONLY IN REFRIGERATED ENVIRONMENT.
AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER DO NOT KEEP IT OUTSIDE OR LET IT DEFROST TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO REFREEZE THE FOOD.
THE FOOD IS FRESHLY PREPARED AND FROZEN BEFORE SHIPPING.
IF STORED AT ROOM TEMPERATE THE FOOD WILL GO BAD WITHIN 4-6 HRS.
